  • Return via Carrier:. A pre-paid label will be provided to you when you log into your account in the Orders & Returns section. As of 06/30/2025, returns from Germany are subject to a €2.95 fee.

The return fee is covered by BOBBIES, if the return address is from the same country as the delivery one, with the exception of returns from Germany which are subject to a €2.95 fee; the CUSTOMER can therefore download a prepaid transport label from his account to return his parcel.
