Express
ExpressHome delivery from the day after dispatch in France, including Saturday (except public holidays). Delivery within two business days after dispatch for the rest of the world (excluding Saturday).

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchases if they don't suit you. Once your return label has been downloaded, you must drop off your parcel with the carrier within 7 business days.
Only the articles returned in perfect shape and in their original package will be accepted. We don’t exchange articles, we only give you a refund.
The return fee is covered by BOBBIES, if the return address is from the same country as the delivery one, with the exception of returns from Germany which are subject to a €2.95 fee; the CUSTOMER can therefore download a prepaid transport label from his account to return his parcel. We provide one transport label per order.

Return via CarrierA pre-paid label will be provided to you when you log into your account in the Orders & Returns section. As of 06/30/2025, returns from Germany are subject to a €2.95 fee.
