Accessibility statement

Bobbies is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005. To this end, it implements the following strategy and actions.

This accessibility statement applies to bobbies.com ("bobbies" theme and associated modules).

Compliance status

Bobbies.com is in partial compliance with RGAA 4.1.2 (General Accessibility Improvement Framework).

Out of the 106 criteria in the framework, 75 apply to bobbies.com. Among them, 59 are met, representing a compliance rate of 78.7%.

Test results

The compliance audit was conducted internally in September 2026, through code review and automated testing according to the RGAA methodology. All 106 criteria were evaluated.

Content not subject to accessibility requirements

The following elements are third-party content, neither developed nor directly controlled by Bobbies, and are therefore not subject to accessibility obligations:

  • The payment widget integrated via the Adyen JavaScript SDK (dynamically rendered interface by the payment provider)
  • The online chat module HubSpot Conversations (third-party chat loaded from hs-scripts.com)
  • An unidentified third-party script generating duplicate HTML IDs on certain pages — absent from the site's source code, dynamically injected by an external service provider
  • Search engine results and suggestions, displayed by the Doofinder widget (dynamically injected interface) — only the search trigger button is Bobbies code, and it has been audited and corrected

The code that triggers or encapsulates these widgets remains within the audited scope. The PDF order invoice was not covered by this audit and will be checked separately.

This statement was established on September 21, 2026. It will be updated at least every 3 years, or after any major redesign of the website.

Remedies
