Shipping & returns
- In-store Delivery: Free delivery in one of our stores in 4 to 7 working days from the dispatch.
- In-store Pick-up: Collect your order immediately in one of our shops. If you order outside opening hours, your order will be ready for pick-up on the next working day.
- Pick-up Point: Free from €150 of purchases. Delivery in a pick-up point in 2 to 5 working days from the dispatch.
- Standard: €3.50 Home delivery within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Pick-up Point Express: €5 Delivery in a pick-up point within 24 working hours for all orders placed before 1pm (Paris Time) from Monday to Friday.
- Express: €8 Home delivery from the day after dispatch in France, including Saturday (except public holidays). Delivery within two business days after dispatch for the rest of the world (excluding Saturday).
- Courier: €10 Home delivery in 2h for all orders placed before 13h from Monday to Friday. Available in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Amsterdam, Brussels and London.
Returns are free and easy.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.
We do not offer exchanges, only returns for refunds.
- Return in Bobbies stores: Free. You can drop-off your package in one of our official stores.
- Return via Carrier: Free. A pre-paid label will be provided to you when you log into your account in the Orders & Returns section.
The return fee is covered by BOBBIES, if the return address is from the same country as the delivery one; the CUSTOMER can therefore download a prepaid transport label from his account to return his parcel. We provide one transport label per order.
