Once validated, your order will appear on your Bobbies account under the status “Payment accepted”.
When our logistics team takes care of your order, the status will be updated to “Preparation in progress” and then “Order shipped” when it is handed over to the carrier.
You will then receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to track your order until its delivery to the address you provided.
You can find your order at any time in the “Orders & Returns” section of your Bobbies account, by clicking on “Details”.
