To obtain a tax-free form, you must meet the following criteria and conditions:
The request for the form must be made within a maximum of 3 days after the purchase date (purchase day included).
You must be a resident outside the European Union.
The purchase must be greater than €100.01.
If the purchase was made online, the delivery must be made in France.
To create the tax-free form, please send your passport, the purchase invoice, and your credit card number to our customer service.
You have a period of 3 months (+ the current month) from the date of your purchase to have your tax-free form validated by customs.
Note: The purchase must be made for tourist purposes, not commercial, and it cannot exceed 15 identical items.
Once validated, the tax refund will be credited to your credit card within 4 to 6 weeks.
For a purchase made in a boutique, the tax-free form will be established directly on-site.
