How do I check if my return has been received?

To check if your return has been received, follow these steps:

1.Log in to your Bobbies account.
2.Click on "My account", then on "Orders and returns".
3.Select "View my return" and click on "Track my return".

Please note that our team takes between 2 and 4 working days to process the refund after receiving the return package.
An email will be sent to you as soon as we have initiated your refund.
