How do I return an order placed on the website?

Our return policy applies to all our items, whether they are from the new collection, the outlet, or purchased during sales.

You have 15 days from delivery to return all or part of your order free of charge if an item does not suit you. Only items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

Returns can be made directly in one of our official stores (excluding resellers and the Samaritaine corner) with your order number, or by carrier by downloading your return label. 

To download it, log in to your account. Under “Orders & returns”, click on “Make a return” and follow the steps. You will then be able to download and print your return label. If the button does not appear, it unfortunately means that the return period has expired. 

Please note that we only generate one label per order. If you wish to return another product after a first return has already been made, it will be at your own expense.

Please ensure that the return is made from the same country where your order was delivered. A return from another country will not be covered.
