Once your package has been received and your items checked by our team, you will receive an email confirming the safe receipt of your return.
The refund will then be processed using the payment method used for the purchase, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you.
In the case of a full return:
If you used a gift card, it will be re-credited with the same code that was used initially.
If you used a store credit or a discount code, they will be automatically regenerated.
In the case of a partial return:
If a credit card was used in addition to a gift card or store credit, the refund will be made first to the credit card used up to the initial amount.
If you used a discount code, it cannot be reactivated.
As soon as the refund is confirmed by email, you can find all the details (code, amount, validity date) of your gift card, store credit, or discount code in your personal account under the "Discount codes" section.
