Shipping & returns
- Standard: Free from US$ 200 of purchases. Home delivery within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Express: US$ 20 Home delivery from the day after dispatch in France, including Saturday (except public holidays). Delivery within two business days after dispatch for the rest of the world (excluding Saturday).
Returns are free and easy.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.
We do not offer exchanges, only returns for refunds.

The return fee is covered by BOBBIES, if the return address is from the same country as the delivery one; the CUSTOMER can therefore download a prepaid transport label from his account to return his parcel. We provide one transport label per order.
