Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 1pm (Paris time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding public holidays in France).

Pick-up point: Free from €150 of purchases. Delivery in a pick-up point in 2 to 3 working days from the dispatch.
Standard: Free from €200 of purchases. Home delivery within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Express: €8 Express Home delivery in 1 working day after dispatch.

Returns are free and easy.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.

Return via Carrier: Free. A pre-paid label will be provided to you when you log into your account in the Orders & Returns section.
