Our foal-style leathers

The foal-style leather is a natural and elegant material preferred for the wild prints in our shoes, like leopard or zebra. The skins are carefully selected in renowned European tanneries for the quality of their print and their softness to the touch. Since these skins are unique, they can show variations in hair density, which is a guarantee of authenticity.

Our leather sole

Our soles are made by highly skilled craftsmen in Portugal with respect for the traditional savoir-faire. In leather, hand-cut with a template cutter, then welded to the stem, they are covered in nubuck for a velvety finish and optimal grip. Thin and supple, they automatically give a sleek look to your shoes.

Our bagged design

Our ballet flats and slippers are put together using the so-called "bagged" construction method. This technique consists in sewing the insole to the stem before adding the leather sole and provides unrivalled flexibility to our shoes, for incredible lightness and ease of movements on a daily basis.

Our production workshops in Portugal

We work hand-in-hand with family-owned workshops every day to develop the most perfect and comfortable models with the finest finishes. Each workshop is selected for its own specific traditional know-how: the variety of the steps needed to create a studded moccasin, the technicality of a Strobel-made sneaker, the expertise of the perfect arch of our heels or even the mastery of the upside down assembly that offers unrivalled suppleness to our ballet flats and slippers.
