Delivery options

All orders before 1pm from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day (except bank holidays in France).

Delivery options are the following:

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

- Colissimo : Free from 150€ of purchase (6€ below that amount, €8 below 50€ of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 2 or 3 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

- Mondial Relay : Free from 80€ of purchase (4€ below that amount, 6€ below 50€ of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel in your pick-up point within 2 or 3 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

- Chronopost 24h : 8€ (12 € below 50€ of purchase). You’ll receive the parcel at tour place before 1pm the working day following the shipment (except for Corsica and Coastline’s Islands. If you’re not at home, the parcel will immediately be sent to a pick-up point.

GREAT BRITAIN

- Chronopost : Free from £200 of purchase (£8 below that amount, £12 below £50 of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel within 48h following the shipment. If you’re not at home the parcel will immediately be sent to a pick-up point. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

SWITZERLAND

- DHL Express : Free from 250 € of purchase (8€ below that amount, 12€ below 50€ of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 24h-48h following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel. If you have to pay customs duties you’ll be noticed when choosing your carrier and it will be included in the shipping cost.

- Chronopost : Free from 200€ of purchase (8€ below that amount, 12€ below 50€ of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 48h following the shipment. If you’re not at home, the parcel will immediately be sent to a pick-up point. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

DOM ZONE 1

*Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthelemy, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre & Miquelon.
 
- Colissimo : Free from 300€ of purchase (15€ below that amount) You’ll receive your parcel at your place within 5 to 7 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

DOM ZONE 2

* New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna, The French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

- Colissimo : Free from 300€ of purchase (20€ below that amount) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 5 to 7 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

USA

- DHL Express : Free from $250 of purchase ($20 below that amount, $35 below $50 of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 24h-48h following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel. If you have to pay customs duties you’ll be noticed when choosing your carrier and it will be included in the shipping cost.

MEXICO

- DHL Express : Free from 5000 MXN of purchase (500 MXN below that amount, 800 MXN below 1000 MXN of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 24h-48h following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel. If you have to pay customs duties you’ll be noticed when choosing your carrier and it will be included in the shipping cost.

REST OF THE WORLD (Without USA and Mexico)

- DHL Express : Free from $250 of purchase ($25 below that amount, $40 below $50 of purchase) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 24h-48h following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel. If you have to pay customs duties you’ll be noticed when choosing your carrier and it will be included in the shipping cost.

How to track my order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in your personal space “My Account” > “My Orders”.

I have not received my order…What can be done?

We encourage you to contact the postal carrier service in charge of the delivery of your order. They will be more apt in finding the whereabouts of your package.

If the postal carrier’s customer service is not able to find your package, we encourage you to contact the Bobbies customer service line to find a solution.




Returns & Refunds

How to return ?

You have 20 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit. Returns are free in France and in most european countries. (See the list below).

If you want to return an article, Click on « My orders », choose the article to return and follow the instructions. Only the articles returned in perfect shape and in their original package will be accepted. We don’t exchange articles, we only give you a refund. If you want another size or colour, just place another order.

Note : For orders placed during december, the return delay is extended until the 15th of january of the following year.

Free with Mondial Relay. A prepaid label will be provided to you while log in your account in the section « Returns ».

EUROPE

Free with Mondial Relay for the following countries : Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg. A prepaid label will be provided to you by log in your account in the section « Returns ».

Free by deposit at the Post Office in the following countries : Great-Britain, Germany, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, SloveniaGratuit via dépôt en bureau de poste pour les pays suivants : Royaume-Uni, Allemagne, Autriche, Finlande, Irlande, Italie, Pays-Bas, Pologne, République Tchèque, Slovenia, Slovakia. A prepaid label will be provideds by log in your account in the section « Returns ».

WORLD

- Mexico: 200 MXN via DHL Express. A DHL courier will pick up the parcel at your place. 200 MXN will be deducted from your refund when we’ll be processing your return.

- Rest of the World : $10 via DHL Express. A DHL courier will pick up the parcel at your place. $10 will be deducted from your refund when we’ll be processing your return.
